I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Bell, CA) in Apr 2017
Interview
In April 2017, filled out an application online, immediately received an appointment once application was filled out. First appointment is you and other people getting a tour of the hub, learning about the company and what UPS has to offer. If you quit before a year, you’re not allowed to reapply at any other UPS in the country. Must leave phone in the car or locker, no exceptions. Sign a couple of papers saying you have interest in an interview or not. If so, get a call either the same day or the next day setting a date for the actual interview. Got interviewed in a room by one person. Didn’t take longer than 10 minutes. They do background checks. May 2017 got a call saying come in to fill out employment papers and finalize other things. This May 2019 will make two years with the company.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UPS (Fort Worth, TX) in Jun 2018
Interview
Very laid-back, informal even. Not your typical "interview" questions. We had a pretty laid back conversation. Only had to come in for one interview, then worked the Monday right after.
