I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UPS (Louisville, KY) in Mar 2017
Interview
It really was not even an interview they basically ran a background check and said you're hired, would you like to work on the ramp or in the hub? And then they told me to come back for orientation and that was it.

Question 1
Would you like to work on the Ramp or the in the Hub?
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at UPS (Palatine, IL) in Nov 2019
Interview
Very brief interview. Only a few questions asked. Helpful hints given were to bring water to stay hydrated and to bring several power bars during shift. Dress accordingly to weather conditions. Work shoe options were shown and recommended for the job. The interview was very direct. Did not ask any personal questions or why you left your last job. No need to be nervous for the interview. Interview goes faster if you fill out the questionare on the company website prior to arriving for interview. Otherwise, they have computers set up for you to do so on the premise prior to speaking to Human Resource Rep.
