UPS Packaging Handler interview questions

The girl who gave the interview gave us a tour then called us all in individually. When came to my turn she was friendly to a point established that I was no stranger to hard work , had me sign a release of criminal record sheet and handed me a card

simple and straight to the point, it kind of sucks because you're viewed as another pawn at first but what job doesn't do that at first. They also interview in very large groups so it was hard to get any individual communication with the hiring manager until you were pre selected for the job
