UPS Packaging Handler interview questions

The initial interview was over the phone primarily to gauge interest. Then you interview with several candidates and watch several videos. After the group interview, a phone call was received offering the job.

Efficient, need current id, direct deposit needed at interview. Interviewer explained nature of work, Shifts that were available. Finger prints taken, current id is necessary to start the interview process. No drug test. Did not explain that twenty dollars would be deducted for the first ten paychecks. Entire process to about thirty minutes
