UPS Packaging Handler interview questions

The interview process was about 5-10 people rounded up in a group interview. The hiring manager kept talking about Unions and paying my dues. I was then informed that I am essentially nothing but could be something if I dedicate all of my time to being a union man for the UPS and the end reward was to drive a truck and deliver packages.

It was very tough to get an interview. You have to keep checking online for open spots and the first interview is more of a screening than an interview. Then I believe they will run a background check before the actual interview.
