The process took 3 days. I interviewed at UPS in Dec 2008
Interview
Spoke with hiring manager over the phone; this was a seasonal position as UPS get very busy during the holiday season. Had a phone interview regarding my interest, and then was called into the office to watch a video about the company culture and describe the position. This was a menial position as all I was doing was running packages to the doors of customers. They plus of the position was that it had long hours, and paid decent wage for seasonal employment during winter break from college. I believe most applicant were hired as long as they could lift a package.

Interview
Greater than 90% of interview and training handled online. While the semi-automated process is convenient, if experience technical issue, or specific assistance the challenge of contacting the aligned support is challenging due to use of multiple systems (ie, training, HR, dispatch). Overall impressive attempt. Job safety video viewed at your convenience.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UPS in Dec 2018
Interview
Very easy and relaxed process that didn’t involve any of the usual interview questions. Everyone there was given the job and the whole meeting was really just to discuss how to use the equipment and sign forms.
I applied online. I interviewed at UPS (Anaheim, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
Basic. From the start, they were most concerned about safety. the overall interview was somewhat simple.. working on the pods to submit information was different, but easy after a few times.
