UPS Capital interview questions

The recruiter screening was via email - I never spoke with a real human. When a panel interview was offered, I asked the recruiter for more information about the role or anything I need to know or prepare in advance. The recruiter knew nothing about the role and offered no guidance for prep other than to "review the job description". The panel was at 9am sharp. The 3 panelists were completely robotic and unwelcoming and asked only odd situational questions that were not relevant to the job description. After 30 minutes with them and asking specific questions at the end, I still have no idea what this team does or why they are needed.

I had an initial phone screen interview. Then, I had two online interviews after. The first interview was conducted with three people. Once I passed that section, I had another online interview for the final round.
