Interview
very friendly interview, they talk mostly about the job and ask you very specific scenario questions about yourself. Most of the time they are telling you about how this job is different from others and go in depth with actual duties. Be sure to bring questions to ask, and highlight key skill sets that set you apart from other candidates.

Interview
First interview is just like all the other hr interview to check your motivation. During the second interview you will discuss the content of the whitepapers sent to you 2 or 3 days in advance. The purpose of this interview is to measure your view on technical subjects. Also to see if you understand the technical payment industry. The third assesment is a presentation and an programming assignment.

Question 1
There is actually no unusual questions in the first two runds of interviews. But the final round which contains a presentation is tough. The interviewers will act as the clients and you will get questions which a consultant will face on a daily basis, such as tell us why your solution is better? What's in it for us particuarly and what do we need to do for the next setp. And the most unexpected thing is that they will ask you questions throughout the presentation instead of saving the questions to the end of the presentation.

Interview
Was emailed to do a phone interview. Phone interview was with HR lady. A couple days later I was asked to schedule an in person interview. I interviewed with 2 people, 1 being my future direct supervisor and the other being his boss. Pretty easy interview process. Not many questions. Basically just told them about myself, experience, education. Most of the interview was them telling me what my role would be, what the job would consist of, etc. At the end, I was asked if I had any questions for them. Always ask questions, makes you seem interested which can lead to getting the position. I was offered the position on the spot.
