Cumbersome drawn out process with multiple phone interviews as well as skype interviews. Never offered to be flown to facility for interviews. The HR department was not even present at actual job offer location.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UL Solutions (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2016
Interview
The first interview was easy. Asked about basic behavioral questions. The second interview was also a phone interview with the analyst. Asked about very detailed technical questions. Get prepared for all the stuff you've learned at school.

Interview
I was contacted one week after submitting my application. I was interviewed by HR manager and laboratory manager. First they asked me to tell something about myself and then asked several competence based questions. They looked little bit unprepared, probably because they needed laboratory assistant was really urgent. Most of the times I felt that I was conducting the interview and I even had to ask for a short laboratory tour so I could understand the role more.
