I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UL Solutions (Northbrook, IL) in Feb 2024
Interview
First met with HR person which was a fairly easy interview. Then scheduled a follow up interview about a week or two later with the hiring managers. They asked some of the standard UL questions as mentioned in other people's interview posts. Then we scheduled a 3rd interview with what seemed like two random managers to talk about my experience and what UL will be like. I was prepared with my answers to the questions ahead of time, so nothing caught me off guard. Pretty laid back people. No technical questions at all.
