Interview
The interview process basically consisted of about 5 phases and lasted about a month. With each interview, I got to know the company, the teams, the specific team and department I would be joining and the general dynamics of the company. The process was pretty standard for a tech company, and it was very well organized. Communication was great and fast.

Question 1
The team might ask about your previous work, challenges you have found in the past and how you overcame those. Some questions regarding methodology were a bit tougher, but still very interesting to answer.
Great communication from HR through the process, as well as straightforward feedback from the team and clarity in the different stages. Good balance between culture and professional fit questions - showed real interest in finding the right candidate and not going through a robot-like process.

Great HR, clear communication, and also aspiring Design lead which definitely made the role inspirational. Even the steps of the interview were clear, the questions were smart, expectations were set so there were no surprises
