1. interview with HR. It was more about my overall experience. The chat was pleasant, and the guy from HR left an excellent impression on the company.
2. Screen call with the engineering lead.
It was apparent the guy does not like to do interviews; less than 20 seconds, without any small talk, he already asked the first technical question.
The interview took only 20 minutes; he asked only general technical questions that did not reflect any skill.
If the engineering lead was a bit nicer, the overall experience might stay positive.
As expected, I got a generic rejection email the morning after.
