Typeform Finance interview questions

Had a couple of interviews with their "Happy and passionate people operations" who has absolutely no idea about the company, the roles, what they do and the skills they are looking for. I was really impressed by how bad his English is, it was really hard to understand him; during the interview he was sending emails and looking at his pc like no one was talking to him...with this kind of recruiters I can imagine the average employee's profile they have in Typeform....
