Tripadvisor Office Manager interview questions

They contacted me for an interview and they asked me if I could send my availability. I did so and was waiting for the Recruiter to confirm it. After a week of no answer I decided it to try to getting in touch with her to let her know I was still interested in the position and if we should reschdule the interview in case she couldn't make it. She didn't answer- After another 2 weeks I emailed her again and didn't receive any response either. I imagine they have large applicants for their positions but not answering a email after showing interest for interviewing a potential candidate doesn't seem very professional. Candidate Experience is a huge part of the company image at first stages and I would appreciate an email informing me the situation of my candidature.
