First step is a highly technical interview, pretty harsh, not realistic with regards with day to day activities. Should at least be able to proceed to this step with a computer. No software developer will ever need to answer any of these questions in a few seconds without documentation or help from Google, StackOverflow and whatnot. Not a lot of importance given to personality, then again, most people passing the technical interview will get through the next steps easily unless they are socially awkward.
