Brief prescreen with a recruiter. 60 minute phone interview with the hiring manager. One on-site interview. Met with 4 individuals within the hiring organization - about 45 minutes each. Questions focused on prior experience and strategy. Was given a tour of the facility and lunch. Overall a very smooth process.
