I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Trinity Life Sciences in Oct 2017
Interview
On-campus interview, phone interview and then a series of 3 interviews at their office in Waltham, MA. The process was pretty clear and straightforward. I anticipated getting an offer.
I applied online. I interviewed at Trinity Life Sciences
Interview
Applied through an external recruiter. Overall a pleasant experience; Trinity is well-organized and courteous/prompt with handling the process (shared outcomes within a couple of days and set expectation on when I would hear back etc), and all I've interacted were positive, smart, energetic and passionate about pharma. 1 phone interview -> 3 interviews on-site -> 1 phone interview. Of 5, I only had 2 cases that were loosely based on market sizing but with some extra questions testing industry knowledge and logic. Heavy focus on fit, but it mostly felt like a 2-way conversation rather than formal interviews, which I liked.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What brings you here? What achievement are you most proud of? How to get to prevalence from incidence?
There was a phone case interview that was pretty difficult but is manageable if you prepare. Case in point was a helpful resource and contained many good strategies to help prepare for the case interview.
