Horrible, waste of time, 6 hours...5 interviews...and not even the common courtesy to follow up after a final interview for an EXECUTIVE position. Overall, the CI function is in shambles, you get the vibe rapidly how much the company runs a ministry of propaganda on their own BS circa Germany 1939-1945...the company loves to talk about nothing while saying a lot of words with ZERO SUBSTANCE....stay away...overall their aim is to extract strategy and insights from you and offer nothing of substance in return.
