Had a pre-screening interview with Nathan Plaksin that lasted about 15 minutes. He just asked a few questions about my resume, why did I leave my last position, what did I like about the position, and more details about exactly what I did in the position. After the interview he sent me 3 documents to fill out. 1 was the application which requires 4 references. One was a document in English & French that I was asked to review and check for grammatical errors. The last document was a 11 essay questions:
