I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TransPerfect in Feb 2019
Interview
I had my first interview in February and then spent the next 2 months being passed around different departments in the Spanish offices to then get rejected (TWICE) for not being a native Spanish speaker (which was clear from the outset / in my CV) Real lack of communication and unclear responses. I had to chase everything up! Last thing I heard from the company was that they'd continue looking for a role for me (this was over 2 months ago and I've heard nothing since!) I've since found an internship somewhere else...
It was very nice, it creates a good environment for you to open up. Not at all pedantic, but invites you to talk about your experience with a smile and very friendly.
I applied online. I interviewed at TransPerfect (Ámsterdam)
Interview
First I had an interview and then a proofreading test. The proofreading test had two parts: a text in English and another in Swedish. Then there is another interview with the management team.
It’s an very easy going interview with few basic questions like motives for application and why I like the company. Very friendly HR person interviewed me and had a nice conversation.
