TransPerfect HR role interview questions

Never got the meeting request to interview with the hiring manager. Ghosted by the recruiter and follow up emails ignored. As an exec in HR, it amazes me how disrespectful some of these recruiters are. It is unprofessional and tacky. If you cant have people and talent opening the front door, then why do you invite people to come over??
