Toptal Software Developer interview questions

The third stage is a take-home project which gives you 2 weeks to complete. The interview makes me feel the interviewer doesn't respect the interviewee at all. The interviewer didn't conduct the interview process and give slow or no responses when I demo the feature, which confused me whether I should continue. In addition, the interviewer disconnected for a while during the interview, and I didn't notice that because I was explaining the code. When he reconnected, he didn't apologize or ask me to explain again, and he just said thanks for your time and ended the interview.

The interview process was simple. It consists of an online test followed by technical rounds. It's freelancing job though. There are various projects that you can work on and gain experience.
