Toptal interview questions

The first step is application submission second step is the initial interview Third is an online test then comes the Technical Interview. I was really exited this time because the first time i gave interview i got confused and messed up. but this time i was prepared but I wasn't given enough time. The Task was very very simple but when you are on a video call and your screen is shared its something else you can get confused easily with super simple things. but i tried my best to not take any pressure the time was very limited i completed the task 90% and just needed 5 minutes more but the interviewer didn't give me any time i told him how the remaining task will be completed but he didn't even considered that. I don't think this will happen when we actually work. The main objective of the interview should be to know the skill level because we are not going to race with any one we have to work as far as you know how to work this shouldn't be the matter.
