They're just looking for poster boys that can recite buzzwords with an american voice to convince clueless customers to pay 100$ per hour for something that would cost them half that otherwise.

Very very negative experience. The process take took long especially in the last stage. They have unreasonable expectations for someone to achieve in a short given time. Very vague instructions and no support. They care about only one single metric but asks you for a lot. Don't recommend for anyone who want to work a legit team.
