Toptal Full Stack Developer Full interview questions

Usually it starts of with a 10 mins quick call with the HR. Followed by a coding assessment. Which was extremely different. (As a software programmer with over 12 years of experience in the industry and build many websites, applications, etc. almost you would never come across these problems in your day to day work, very confusing questions) The Coding assessment has 3 tasks (you must answer at least 2 of them, they expect to be fully optimized working solution and must pass all test cases.) You have 100 mins to complete the test. understanding each question would take about at least 20 to 30 mins. You would barely have time to think about the logic.

The live coding test is almost impossible to solve in 15 minutes. The interviewers are often late for the meeting. This is anything but a coding test. Like I can't understand why is there such a short time limit? I don't recommend Toptal. It was a waste of time.
