TikTok Project Manager interview questions

The first step was a call with the recruiter. Very simple questions. Then I had an interview with a team member. The interview was well in general terms. Two days later I received an email from Tik Tok telling me that I am not move forward in the process. It was very fast process .

Straightforward process -- 2-3 rounds of conversations with recruiter, hiring manager. A bit of a longer process in comparison to other interviews after a recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. They had a lot of candidates in the pipeline.
