It was easy and I passed and got an offer. However they lowballed me, so I did not accept the offer and went with Netflix. It was a good experience overall.
it's ok, the process is not well informed. the Tiktok org structure is messy and bit chaotic. The intervewer cancelled the interview several times a few hour before and does not seems engaging

Question 1
past background, relevant experience , why interested in the role
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at TikTok (Singapur) in Feb 2023
Interview
Went through 5 rounds of interview including an onsite with the manager. After all the rounds, call scheduled with HR who asked me about my current job and tried really hard to know about my current salary. Towards the end of call HR said that they would need about a week to process the offer and extend the offer. Then everyone just disappears, for next 2 months. Got another reachout by same coordinator asking if I was still interested in the role and that she missed to see my past messages when I reached out to her to check on status. I agreed for a conversation and was setup a call with a senior leader for another round. Then everyone disappears for another month and I just get an automated response from system saying, sorry we're not progressing.
