TikTok Project Management Officer (PMO) interview questions

Overall a positive experience! Applied and the next day the recruiter based in China reached out to arrange a quick 15mins call. - 1st interview arranged with someone based in Beijing (30mins video call) - 2nd interview arranged with someone based in Shanghai (30mins video call) - 3rd interview - another person based in China (30mins video call) - 4th Interview - someone from China based in Singapore (30mins video call) - 4 days after they sent an email stating they went with another candidate. Correspondence was very fast, they get back after interviews within days to arrange the next one. Expect to have at least 3 to 4 rounds of interview. The interviewers were very polite and friendly. Their questions were quite general, mostly situational scenarios to see what you will do. (Do expect to be asked if you're fluent in Chinese even if not explicitly asked for in the job description as Tik Tok after all is a China based company and all the interviewers were Chinese)

The overall experience is positive. The recruiters of Tiktok are great to work with. I had several rounds of interviews, mostly about my past experience. The interviewers are friendly and professional.
