The whole interview process went quite smoothly and moved quickly — they scheduled three rounds of interviews within a week. Most of the interviewers were really nice, though a couple of them came across as a bit harsh. Most job request mandarin.

Phone screen first, then Hiring Manager. Went over a case study with HM. Not a lot of energy/excitement on the call from the TikTok employees which doesn't reflect well on the work environment.

Very quick in my experience. I was matched up with a great recruiter who was sending me updates almost daily on every step of the process. She outlined exactly what was going to go on and how the previous round had gone very quickly.
