I interviewed with TikTok previously but was unsuccessful. Got a random email one day inviting me for an interview for a Quality Analyst position. Interview was scheduled for the very next day.
Job was advertised as a Quality Analyst but was told it's 80% content moderation work. If that's the case then maybe TikTok should advertise it accurately as such. Didn't go further with the interview after hearing that.
Interviewer didn't seem to be too interested. They also require you to download a tool called Lark for the interview.

The recruiter initially reached out but then completely ghosted me. It’s been really hard to even land an interview with them, despite being a former employee. Honestly, I’m not sure what my ex manager might’ve written in the system..maybe flagged me or something like that. From what I can tell, they seem way more interested in referrals. If you don’t have one, it’s just really tough to get through the door. Kindly review your hiring system again
