Understandably, the process for interviewing with TikTok was a very long and intense process taking in total nearly 2.5 months. 3 rounds of interviews, background check, several rounds of negotiations but all that made me want the position even more. The things in life that are easy to get are not worth as much as the things that take more work to accomplish.
