I got headhunted by their TA team for a TA position, and they asked me to book an interview through their portal if I was interested in a screening call which I did. The TA was a no show to the interview, I waited for 20 mins in the call before dropping. I sent an email and a LinkedIn message to see if she would like to reschedule, cause I do understand that last minute changes happens. I got ghosted, companies need to do better especially when you are headhunting people for a position that has been online for months. Even if you have found the right fit, a small email goes a long way.
