TikTok Customer Service Representative interview questions

Was contacted by a recruiter. They acted extremely friendly and even gave me their cell phone number. Said they would follow up with me. Had to follow up three times and never received a response. Finally received a text that just said hey sorry for the delay and then received a generic rejection notice two months later. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and ghosting of this lead talent Acquisitons partner. Would never work for a company that is so poorly handled at the recruitment level. Communication was horrible

Difficult but interesting. Can see the company is growing rapidly in all areas. Exciting time to join and interviewer genuinely cares about you and your career prospects if you were to join the company
