TikTok Client Solutions Manager interview questions

Interview was haphazard and conducted without any proper processes. had to chase multiple times for follow ups to no avail. Role description is constantly changing due to internal restructuring, resulting in people not signing up for what they interviewed for.

Very stressful in the beginning, I got scheduled almost the next day for each round. I managed to go through all rounds in under a week, great communication from the HR team through the process and after the last interview it was completely silent. I followed up a week after with an email, no answer - a week after that contacted the woman I've interviewed with instead and the day after that got feedback that didn't match with the interview I had or the person I had it with.
