TikTok Analyst interview questions

TikTok does not respect candidates. I underwent interviews for 2-3 roles and they kept changing their mind if they had headcount or not. First told me they had no headcount, then contacted me and said they had headcount, went through the whole interview process, positive feedback, was about to get an offer as we were negotiating the package and benefits. Then last minute I was informed that there was no headcount. The same thing happened for another role I interviewed for. 4-5 rounds: usually HR screen, technical test interview with hiring manager, 2 stakeholder interviews.

Standard behavioral interview questions to be expected. Describe a time where you had a disagreement with your coworker and how you dealt with the situation. Just be prepared to equate it to the role.
