I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ThousandEyes (Ciudad de México) in Feb 2022
Interview
First round HR interview (Salary expectation, position description, agreement of the general process)
Second round Management interview, general troubleshooting questions, personal questions, not difficult at all.
Then they send you a set of questions to investigate and do (How a traceroute works, what it does) (General questions of how ThousandEyes agent is installed)
Third round, questions regarding your answers of your assignment , dig into networking general concepts and a little bit of linux.
Then I received a call from the recruiter, telling me they wanted to make me an offer and that they would like to continue the hiring process. 2 weeks later, sent an email regarding, no answer, 1 month later another email no answer so far. What a waste of time to do the whole interview process, get accepted and then being ghosted, what a bad way to do things.
