Interview
Quick, clean and neat. The interviewers were very formal and I like that I could book in my own interview time which was convenient. I would apply again if I could but oh well swings and roundabouts what can you do. The overall experience of the interview was positive. Good questions, not just designed to appease the sylabus of modern university graduates.

Interview
Applied online. Then, organised a call with the recruiter. After the call, they gave me a coding assignment. Then, I had a logic assessment and a pairing interview. Didn't get it but they told me to reapply.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Londres, Inglaterra) in Feb 2019
Interview
The interview process was a genuinely very enjoyable experience in comparison to most others I have experienced before. I felt valued from the moment I first applied because the recruiter consistently showed signs of empathy and understanding towards me when I had problems in my private life that I believed could affect the speed of my application.
The entire experience was very holistic as it focused on several different aspects equally, such as technical ability, personality, and social/ethical values. I found this to be a really interesting way to interview as it gave me the opportunity to talk about and show TW what I really care about and who I am as a person. The interview format made me feel encouraged to really present my true self and not have to hide any of my quirks!
