Interview
I applied online and recieved a call back within a week or so. I scheduled the interview which turned out to be quite informal. Overall it was a good experience. However, I'm a student and they only gave me a specific time that I could take the drug test which was the same time I was in class. I had to decline the offer.

Interview
I filled out an online application that included different scenarios and what I would do in them. The interview process took about an hour in which an assistant manager asked me to describe different situations where I was doing things pertaining to the job description. After the interview I was told that I was going to be hired and I took a drug test.

Interview
The interview was very structured and scripted. Your answers are rated based on certain types of answers they are looking for, and whoever scores the highest receives the job offer. The flaw I find with this interview style is it really has nothing to do with whether or not you are the best qualified for the job, but how well you can answer questions.
