They will ask about personal experience and education. Then we did some role playing senarios, how to handle an upset customer and also how to deal with an associate that is not giving superior customer service and also some one who is late or just disrespectful

Sid had an upset customer. When the customer stopped him Sid said, "I have to go on break but Bob is right there you can as him" and then walked away from the customer. How would you handle this situation?

I received a call from the Main hiring store. I had a 1 0n 1 interview I was pretty much my self. Still wore church clothes though, I have a second interview coming up and Im not sure what to expect. I got a call for this interview a month after I applied.

Long process, still waiting for response. Started with a phone screen, then a phone interview and then got selected to participate on their assessment. The 4 hour assessment consisted of a skills test with some sample cases and multiple choice answer, a role play, and a panel interview.
