The Home Depot interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter if I was available for On Site Interviews for the position of Supply Chain Engineer. This was my first interview and I found it very surprising that they did not conduct any phone interviews. The On Site interview consisted of 3 interviews with each being 45 minutes. I was interviewed by 2 managers and 1 Director. The interviews were mostly based on my experience and projects. They chose not to offer me the position and I think that is why it took them 2 weeks to convey the interview result to me.
