The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Home Depot in Jun 2011
Interview
I have always been a loyal customer of Home Depot. After applying for a managment positon,I delighted to have an opportunity to interview for a position. The interview went well. However, the representative of the company did not follow up with me and or respond to inquiry regarding my status.
I certainly understand that an individual may not always get a job offer after an interview. However, when an individulal takes the time to participate in the interview process, it is only fair that the individual receives the appropriate follow up. Afterall, a person might not be a good fit for an organization an employee. But, I would assume that the company wants to retain customers......a bad interview experience will influence an individuals's decision whether or not to continue being a customer.
