I applied in-person. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Totowa, NJ) in Jun 2025
Interview
The interview process was straightforward, focusing mainly on understanding benefits and basic expectations. It felt more like an orientation than a traditional interview, with an emphasis on introducing the role and responsibilities.
I interviewed at The Home Depot (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2025
Interview
Interview process for the position was as expected. First 2 interviews online and one in person. Questions asked were mostly like, what i know about the company, what inspires me to work there and some behavioural questions - Last inerview was case study.
Interview was straight forward.
2 Weeks before the Interview they sent a Case Study where they asked 2 types of questions based on the Job. 1 about Data Management and the 2nd about QA for a random product i.e I got a Electric Beaker and did a breakdown of any potential faults and pros/cons of the product from an Engineering standpoint.
