Real easygoing interview. Just asked regular questions. After successful interview, they have you take a drug test and upon passing drug test they run background check which takes about 4-5 days. So you don't start immediately if that's what you were hoping for!

The interview was more like a conversation. They wanted to know why you wanted to work there, what are your strength and weakness, and your best qualities. I interviewed with the department manager and the store manager.
