I was to sit in the back room until a manager came to see me. I was interviewed by him and then was called back the next day to be interviewed by the store manager then had a drug test. After they got the results back I accepted the job offer

Lots of "tell me about a time when.." type questions. The manager was reading directly from a package of questions. He was largely indifferent and didn't seem to care much about the answers. Honestly, it was a mostly impersonal process and I'm sure I was forgotten immediately after walking away. The nature of high turnover jobs.
