Questions about team work. Solving issues between associates. Completing tasks in a timely manner. Building routines for self and for the team. One on one visits with the team on a regular basis.

The process is pretty standard, just be sure to have answers prepared in regards to working in teams, and dealing with customers. If you've worked a retail position before answers to most questions should come to mind easily, but prepare to avoid anxiety and tripping up.
