I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Cigna Group in Sep 2021
Interview
There are two rounds. First interview was fine. It was with 2 people, and I was lucky to have nice people. Second round consisted of a reallllly long session that you had to attend that shows you the culture, talks with higher-ups, etc. There's another behavioral and suprisingly no technical. Biggest problem was that people conducting my interviews weren't even recruiters - they were people within the same program who had accepted FT roles. Not sure how I feel about that still.

Question 1
Describe a time where you had to confront conflict. Describe a time when you led a team. Run through resume basically
Don’t exactly remember after a while all these interviews start blending together but I think it was a 2 round interview one behavior and one technical. I think the for the technical the broke us into groups to try and solve a problem. I want to say what they really looking for was if we could collaborate in a team

Interview
Two interviews, behavioral and talk on a past project. The questions weren’t too tough, taking about a time when you did this or that. We also talked in groups with other applicants.
