Started with recruiter phone call. Then phone screen then two virtual interviews. Questions were detailed and relevant to the job and what was declared in resume experience. Overall good experience.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at The Cigna Group (Boston, MA) in Jun 2022
Interview
Recruiter gave little information on what interview would cover. She said it wasn’t a “typical tech interview” with any coding questions. Completely wrong but that was ok because I was prepared.
Recruiter sprung an exploding offer with 24 hours to accept it. Low ball offer with terrible benefits. Would not budge on timeline. Refused to be transparent about offer details. Huge red flags so I politely declined.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a team member.
Set up interview and talked to people on the phone. They asked basic interview questions about school, career, interests. Explain the job position to me. Let me ask questions at the end.
