I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Cigna Group (Easthampton, MA) in May 2016
Interview
I first interviewed with 2 supervisors, they both had openings where my experience fit their needs. I was offered a position from one of these supervisors. After being offered the position I then spoke with one of my peers who told me all about my position and what to expect next. Cigna pays for everything you need when you work at home. They set up internet service and send all your equipment to your home and then you start an 8 week long training program. They work really hard to ensure you are prepared to work with members before you are on your own.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at The Cigna Group (Pittsburgh, PA) in Jan 2017
Interview
I applied online, received an email the next day to schedule an interview. I scheduled an interview within a few weeks. I received an offer approximately one week after the interview.
