I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Cigna Group
Interview
First and second round interviews are just behavioral based questions.
Super Day: Night before is speed networking - extremely casual. Asks random questions that are supposed to be "fun." Following day is back-to-back events. You're asked to prepare a 10 minute presentation ahead of time, do 2 more behavioral based interviews, and a group case. Do NOT overthink the case - it is not at all challenging like a consulting case and you don't need to do anything before hand to prepare. They give you a scenario and offer 3 different solutions - you just have to pick one of the options and justify your reasoning behind it.

Question 1
How does Cigna and the MCLDP align with your career goals? Can you tell us about a time you advocated for an unpopular change? Can you tell us about a time you realized you were not communicating well with someone and how did you identify and address the communication gap? What is one thing you could change about healthcare and how do you see yourself doing that at Cigna?
