I applied online. I interviewed at The Cigna Group
Interview
Behavioral entirely, no coding questions whatsoever for this first round. Just know your resume, I think this round is just to see your general communication style and character and fit for the company
Recruiter call for initial screening (asked location preference, team preferences, and basic questions like graduation date), followed by a behavioral interview with two interviewers (asked 4 standard behavioral type questions), and a technical interview if you pass the behavioral interview
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
describe a time when you did not meet supervisor's expectations
The final round of interviews was belittling and conducted poorly. They asked some fair and unfair questions about the level of position they were wanting. Overall, one of the most stressful interviews I have done.
